Right, I'm after a villain for my fic. I want one from the series, preferably foreign (obviously not dead or forever incarcerated) and he is to be a money making businessman, Suggestions please!
There's Diter Kroll from the episode "Take Away". He's East German and he gets away with a drug scheme due to - as Doyle says "Diplo-bloody-matic immunity". There's not a lot of info about him in the episode - so you'd be free to do with him as you want. Hope that helps?
