Again, forgive me, this may not be at all the kind of thing you are raising here and now, but - if you possibly can, keep a record of the details of anything like this. Contact a lawyer, or even Citizen's Advice; you might want to involve the police .... ? All my hugs, which dog knows are not very useful :-(
